What counts as one event?
Each event you create and publish counts as one event. You choose the attendee tier when you publish based on your expected attendance.
Can I send WhatsApp messages on Pay Per Event?
Yes. WhatsApp event notifications (registration confirmations, reminders, QR code delivery) are included in every event at no extra cost. WhatsApp broadcasts, messages sent outside of event notifications, are charged at $0.05/message with a $5 minimum per broadcast. Email broadcasts are always free.
Why is the Pro broadcast rate cheaper?
Pro subscribers get a discounted broadcast rate of $0.03/message vs $0.05 on Pay Per Event, a perk of the monthly plan.
What's included in a broadcast?
A broadcast is a message you send to a group of attendees outside of standard event notifications. You choose the recipients, write the message, and send via WhatsApp or email.
Can I upgrade to Pro mid-month?
Yes. Your billing cycle starts on the day of your first payment.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes. Pro billed annually saves you 2 months vs monthly billing.
Do unused event credits roll over?
Pay Per Event has no credits. You pay per event as you publish them. Pro includes 4 events per month.
